Spring Equinox party in South Karori

Saturday was a beautiful night for an outdoor rave. Whilst most of the Internet has been baking in summer sun for the last few months, us lucky folk down-under have been enjoying the thick duvets and warm fireplaces of winter. But not for too long - Earth's funky wobble around the celestial plane eventually brings us spring, and what better way to mark the occasion than with a outdoor trance party deep in the Wellington hills.

Lots of live dub and electronica early on, a beautiful feed of spit roast ed pigs laid on for everyone, and some stonking psy until I've no idea when - probably well into Sunday afternoon.

Two of the live acts, Anestasia and Axis of weasel, played audio-visual sets, and I mixed up a 6 hour video set till the daylight took over the screen
